Report a service-related concern within 24 hours and Siesie will assess it promptly. Any verified missed item within the agreed scope will be corrected at no additional cleaning charge.
The guarantee applies to the written scope confirmed for your visit — not to requests outside that scope, which our team is glad to quote separately.
To report a concern, contact Siesie within 24 hours of your service through the phone number or email on your confirmation, or through the Ask Siesie concierge. We'll assess the report promptly and, once verified, correct any missed item within the agreed scope at no additional cleaning charge.
